Property Posting

Boundary marking is an important part of managing a tract of land.  By accurately marking the perimeter of a parcel the landowner can ensure that they will not trespass or cut trees on a neighbors parcel.  This also helps prevent other adjacent landowners from trespassing or cutting trees on your parcel.  If someone trespasses onto your property when it is posted they are typically more likely to be subject to penalties for their actions.

Northeastern Forestry Concepts, Inc. offers property line delineation and posting services.  This is not a survey quality delineation but is typically accurate to five feet (unless otherwise specified)
