Woodland/Stewardship Management Services *

Silver Service

$ 290 / yr.

You complete all on-site activities. We generate an annual site map, sign and submit your farmland tax forms, and layout treatments. (0-3 acres)

Partial Service

~ $ 781 / yr.

Pay per service. This level is good for landowners who do not want to fell trees. This level does not include property posting, cutting to length, or inspections.

Gold Service

$ 1,090 / yr.

Woodland: We complete annual cutting of trees to firewood length (2.5 - 3 cords), posting of property lines every two to three years, inspections, and farmland form completion and filing.

Stewardship Level 1: We complete the work that is scheduled within the approved stewardship plan.

Platinum Lite Service

$ 1,500 / yr.

Woodland: This includes all of the benefits of Gold Service as well as moving the cut firewood to a staging area designated by the landowner. (2.5 - 3 cords)

Stewardship Level 2: We complete the work that is scheduled within the approved stewardship plan.

Platinum Service

$ 1,815 / yr.

Woodland: This includes all of the benefits of Gold Service in addition to removal of the firewood and documentation of income to the landowner.

Stewardship Level 3: We complete the work that is scheduled within the approved stewardship plan.
