The Pennsylvania Farmland and Forest Land Act of 1974 provides landowners with a property tax reduction for managing their land as agricultural use, agricultural reserve, or forest reserve. The new assessment on the farm portion of the property is determined by the county tax assessment office.
Northeastern Forestry Concepts, Inc. has assisted over 700 landowners in entering this act in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. We guarantee that our management plans will be accepted by the County Board of Assessment and have never had a plan denied.
